Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination, workforce development, education, or related administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace; SharePoint experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall program performance related to enrollment, attendance, engagement, credential attainment, job placement, retention, and other required outcomes.
• Develop and implement systems, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and participant experience.
• Analyze program performance and labor market trends to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Ensure programs meet contractual deliverables, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Prepare and submit program reports and updates for leadership and funders.
• Serve as the first point of contact with partners.
