The Assistant Program Director (APD) at Community Services Group - CSG supports program management and operation of Adult Mental Health Services at the ECRR program level. The APD reports to the Program Director and helps supervise staff, ensure compliance, and coordinate services.

Starting wage is $50,500 with experience-based adjustments. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with some flexibility; this role carries responsibilities for quality assurance, data reporting, and incident management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline; 2 years working with individuals who have mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
• At least 1 year supervision/management experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Monitors program and employee compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervises and trains staff; makes employment decisions during staff life cycle.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees.
• Develops educational materials and provides training to employees.
• Ensures development and implementation of individual program plans.
• Reviews financial documentation and on-site audits of funds.
• Leads staff meetings as team leader for interdisciplinary teams.
• Directs daily operations and incident management.
• Assists in acting Program Director duties when needed.
• Participates in data collection and reporting to monitor goals.
• Provides coverage in emergency situations.
• Promotes trauma-informed care principles and inclusion.
