Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking an Assistant Program Director to support the general program management and operation of our Adult Mental Health Services Enhanced Community Residential Rehabilitation (ECRR) Program. The APD reports to the Program Director and helps ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Starting wage is $50,500 and will depend on experience. The position typically runs Monday–Friday daytime hours but requires flexibility to meet program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline; 2 years of work with mental illness and/or IDD; at least 1 year supervision/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors program and employee compliance to all company policies and procedures and regulatory standards.
• Supervises, trains, and oversees performance management of program employees and makes employment decisions during the team lifecycle.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
• Develops educational and training materials and provides technical assistance to employees.
• Ensures development and implementation of individual program plans and activities.
• Reviews financial documentation/billing and performs on-site audits of individuals’ funds and petty cash.
• Serves as team leader for staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary meetings.
• Directs and ensures effectiveness of program’s daily operations including incident management.
• Fulfills duties of the Program Director in temporary acting capacity when absent.
