Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) seeks an Assistant Program Director to support program management and oversee operations in the Adult Mental Health CRR program. The APD will report to the Program Director and help lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or related degree with relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within CSG.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent plus hands-on work with individuals who have mental illness and/or IDD.
1 year of supervision/management experience or more.
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

Monitors compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Supervises, trains, and oversees performance management of employees.
Assists in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel.
Develops educational materials and provides training to staff.
Ensures development and implementation of individual program plans and activities.
Reviews financial documentation and conducts on-site audits of funds.
