Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of Glucksman Ireland House.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, including grant accounts; liaise with advisory board and UDAR on fundraising initiatives.
  • Oversee undergraduate and graduate program administration; oversee administrative and financial aspects of visiting scholars and public events, including public and sponsored programs.
  • Manage physical space and coordinate repairs and work requests.
  • Supervise staff.
