Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years in program administration or related fields.
• Preferred: 2+ years in higher education or university setting.
• Strong organizational, PM, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget administration and procurement.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries with sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with NYU admin and financial systems (preferred).
