AWARE Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager in Montana to lead a compassionate team serving adults, children, and families.

The role focuses on staff supervision, high-quality resident care, and adherence to licensed standards while promoting personal growth and community integration. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and records, develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate therapies, and ensure clear communication with residents, families, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Human Services or related field.
• 4+ years direct employment experience with supervisory/leadership roles.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Pass criminal background check and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: hiring, training, supervising and scheduling.
• Resident care: ensure daily living needs and healthcare support.
• Financial management: budgets, overtime, financial controls.
• Compliance: adhere to state/federal regulations and licensing.
• Safety and maintenance: environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Communication: coordinate with residents, families, staff, and agencies.
• Record keeping: maintain accurate resident and staff records.
• Provide day-to-day operation guidance and treatment plan input.
• Develop and coordinate Individual Treatment Plans and therapies.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and licensing reviews.
