Job summary

Catholic Charities Community Services seeks a Program Manager for the Feeding Our Neighbors Department. The role focuses on coordinating food programs, collecting data, preparing monthly reports, and supporting special events throughout the year.

Responsibilities include assessing program efficiency, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a master database of clients, meals, and food distribution. Strong bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least five years’ experience in the food industry and/or customer service.
• Bilingual, Spanish English Required.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual assessment of conduit food programs to determine efficiencies in program operations, contractual and sector compliance, funding allocations, data collection, client tracking, monthly reporting, maintaining nutritional standards, staffing, volunteers, and other supports as needed.
• Develop methods to track and follow up with program assessments during the year to ensure compliance and progress.
• Program Manager will work with each program to establish expectations for program as outlined by FON program to ensure program compliance with funding, inspections, data collection, safety standard, and food nutrition, etc.
• Develop and maintain master database for registered clients, meals served, lbs. of food distributed, and other relevant statistical data for FON.
• Provide reliable responses by phone and e-mail to all requests regarding the programs and/or department related matters.
