Job summary

Catholic Charities Community Services is seeking a Program Manager for the Feeding Our Neighbors department in New York, NY. You will provide essential support, coordinate food program activities, and manage data reporting to improve service delivery.

This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, experience with MS Office and databases, and willingness to travel throughout the county. You will also contribute to annual budgets and performance measures as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or at least five years’ experience in the food industry and/or customer service industry.
• Bilingual, Spanish English required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of social service delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, support and coordination to food programs managed and/or operated by the CCCS FON.
• Manage statistical reports and data collection for the department and food programs.
• Assist with coordination of special events during the calendar year.
• Develop methods to track and follow up with program assessments during the year to ensure compliance and progress.
• Establish expectations for program compliance with funding, inspections, data collection, safety standards, and nutrition.
