You will lead cross-functional teams, influence outcomes, and develop both immediate fixes and long-term improvements to keep cost and schedule on track.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to drive issues to closure, and an active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and process development across Engineering, Operations, Production Engineering, Supply Chain and Business Management.
