Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
• Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Primavera, Microsoft Project, or a similar tool.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily leadership and direction to a team of Integrated Program Planners.
• Cultivate relationships across functional teams engaged across the program life cycle.
• Partner with PP&I leadership and program management to direct all phases of program planning.
• Drive collaboration across people, processes, and tools in alignment with 1LMX initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external Stakeholders and Customers.
• Lead and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Program Planning & Integration.
• Serve as primary POC to provide robust analysis and integrated program planning support.
