C2 GPS—Workforce Solutions Greater Dallas is seeking a Program Manager to oversee programmatic requirements and lead team members towards exceeding established goals. This role entails maintaining expert knowledge on laws and regulations, providing technical assistance, and ensuring compliance in workforce initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, at least a high school diploma (associates preferred), and have relevant experience, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish. Benefits include health insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(K) with employer match.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.

Responsibilities
