Job summary

C2 GPS- Lower Rio Grande Workforce is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to analyze programs, resolve customer issues, and serve as a liaison to community groups and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities include managing program budgets, evaluating outcomes, and developing improvements in service delivery. Strong communication, planning, and relationship-building skills are essential, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience is preferred; additional related work may be considered in lieu of education.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to relocate within the service area.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves customer disputes and discusses with management to improve customer relations.
• Researches, analyzes, and coordinates special programs, grants, contracts; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Participates in development and administration of program budgets and evaluates outcomes.
• Analyzes service delivery and recommends improvements; serves as liaison to community groups and agencies.
• Plans and conducts community events; performs other duties as assigned.
