LTIMindtree in Urbandale, Iowa, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead medium to large enterprise initiatives. You will drive delivery using Agile Scrum and Waterfall, coordinate onsite/offshore teams, and ensure governance across SDLC releases.With 15+ years in IT project management, you will plan, track, and report progress, align with business priorities, and mentor project teams. • Strong stakeholder management and client facing communication skills
• Good Presentation skills AI skills

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
