Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an experienced L3 Support professional in Irvine to provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica MDM and IDMC. You will maintain high availability of CDIPC and integrations, perform root cause analysis and incident management.

The role covers Informatica MDM administration, infrastructure admin, CDIPC, database, and AWS administration. You will participate in architecture reviews, support modernization, ensure SLA adherence and security governance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Informatica MDM and IDMC platform
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure
• Proficient in database administration (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Experience with monitoring, incident, and problem management
• Exposure to CDIPC and security/governance practices
