Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens, operating hybrid remotely with field outreach in Florida. You will own census growth, referrals, operations, clinical quality, and compliance, with the virtual clinical team reporting to you.

Joint Commission Gold Seal accredited, the organization provides family-centered PHP and IOP care across South Florida. This role requires Florida-based work and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in behavioral health or clinical program operations.
• 2+ years leading a team or program with measurable results.
• Census, admissions, or growth target experience.
• Business development or referral relationship experience.
• Budget management and KPI reporting.
• Telehealth or virtual program experience.
• EHR experience; Kipu preferred.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
• Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Eligible for a DCF and AHCA Level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, track, and grow census and admissions conversion.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns and lead generation.
• Run telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu.

• Keep the program audit-ready (AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, HIPAA).
• Supervise, hire, and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators.
• Own the budget, KPIs, and leadership reporting.

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Program Manager to lead our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families. You’ll run the program remotely and get out in the community to grow it. You’ll own census growth, referrals, operations, clinical quality, and compliance, and the virtual clinical team reports to you.

AWA is Joint Commission Gold Seal accredited and provides family-centered PHP and IOP care across South Florida.

What You’ll Lead

• Field outreach: represent the program at events, schools, and provider offices
• Business development: build referral partnerships across Florida

• Marketing: partner on campaigns and lead generation
• Operations: run the telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu
