Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy is hiring a Program Manager to lead our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens and families. You’ll run the program remotely while also doing field outreach across Florida to grow census, referrals, and market presence.

You’ll own operations, clinical quality, and compliance, with a telehealth-driven schedule and a team of therapists and coordinators reporting to you, in a hybrid Florida-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in behavioral health program operations
• 2+ years leading a team or program with measurable results
• Census, admissions, or growth target experience
• Business development or referral relationship experience
• Budget management and KPI reporting
• Telehealth or virtual program experience
• EHR experience; Kipu preferred
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
• Bachelor’s in a related field preferred
• Eligible for a DCF and AHCA Level 2 background check

Responsibilities

• Field outreach: represent the program at events, schools, and provider offices
• Business development: build referral partnerships across Florida
• Census: track, forecast, and grow census and admissions conversion
• Marketing: partner on campaigns and lead generation
• Operations: run the telehealth IOP schedule and coverage in Kipu
• Clinical quality: drive outcomes, NPS, and quality improvement
• Compliance: keep the program audit-ready (AHCA, DCF, Joint Commission, HIPAA)
• Team leadership: supervise, hire, and develop therapists and Wellness Coordinators
• Budget and reporting: own the budget, KPIs, and leadership reporting

Hybrid (Remote + Field Outreach) | Florida | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM EST | $70-$75,000 Annual Salary

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) is hiring a Program Manager to lead our Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families. You’ll run the program remotely and get out in the community to grow it. You’ll own census growth, referrals, operations, clinical quality, and compliance, and the virtual clinical team reports to you.

AWA is Joint Commission Gold Seal accredited and provides family-centered PHP and IOP care across South Florida.

What You’ll Lead
