Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) in Kendall, FL, is seeking a Program Operations Manager to lead daily PHP/IOP operations on-site. You will supervise Wellness Coordinators and manage scheduling, census, and intake while ensuring a safe, structured environment for teens and families.

You will collaborate with therapists and families to provide a consistent client experience and oversee documentation and safety protocols in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in education, youth services, behavioral health, program management, or operations leadership.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong organization and ability to juggle shifting priorities.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach to crisis situations.
• Eligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug testing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
