Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years in 6-8 education with 2+ years teaching 6-8 students from underserved backgrounds with demonstrated impact.
• 2+ years collaborating with partners outside their organization to manage workflow or deliver services.
• 2+ years planning and implementing projects.
• 2+ years leading/coaching HQIM implementation.
• Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math or ELA standards.
• Experience designing impactful professional learning for educators.
• Experience facilitating professional learning or coaching for educators.
• Experience managing relationships with clients and stakeholders in education.
• Experience teaching or coaching at 6-8 level.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in coaching cycles, including observations, modeling, co-teaching, data analysis, and feedback
• Designing and facilitating high-quality professional learning content grounded in research-based instructional practices
• Maintaining strong partner relationships, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to business development as needed
• Supporting Teaching Lab systems, tools, and processes for scaling partnerships, monitoring impact, and ensuring effective implementation
