Job summary

Teaching Lab is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high‑quality program services and complex projects. Based in New York, NY, you will work with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver teacher professional learning that improves practice and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five+ years in PK-12 education with demonstrated impact
• Three+ years partnering with external organizations to deliver services
• Three+ years planning and executing projects
• Three+ years leading or coaching HQIM implementation
• Deep knowledge of College- and Career-Ready math or ELA content

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate professional learning content, services, and tools/resources.
• Serve as a content expert and, when needed, take on project leadership roles.
• Manage project plans, contracts, and invoices to ensure accurate, timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate across departments and, when applicable, support team members through coaching or people management
