• Coaching cycles including observations, modeling, co-teaching, data analysis and feedback.
• Designing and delivering high-quality professional learning content and resources grounded in research-based practices.
• Maintaining strong partner relationships, supporting contract renewals, and contributing to business development as needed.
• Supporting Teaching Lab systems, tools, and processes for scaling partnerships and monitoring impact.
