New Classrooms Innovation Partners seeks an experienced Senior Manager of Implementation Success to drive program success in New York City schools. This role centers on building strong partnerships, analyzing data for implementation insights, and supporting educators in enhancing their teaching strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in K–12 education, excellent project management skills, and a commitment to fostering equity in education.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel frequently across New York City’s five boroughs.
• Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts within NYC.
• Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations.
• Manage 10–20 single-school accounts and provide support.
