Job summary

C Crowley is seeking a Program Manager for Leadership Development in Jacksonville. This role designs and delivers scalable leadership development programs, integrating succession planning, onboarding, coaching, and assessments to accelerate readiness across Director and Executive levels.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in leadership development and excels in stakeholder collaboration, analytics, and learning measurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
7+ years of progressive leadership development experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
Experience designing and managing enterprise leadership development programs and evaluating learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Designs, delivers, and continuously improves enterprise leadership development programs.
Leads development experiences for Director and VP populations and aligns with succession planning.
Partners with Talent Strategy to execute leadership priorities and ensure organizational goals.
Supports executive onboarding and leadership transition with structured onboarding experiences.
Administers leadership assessments and translates results into development plans.
Designs and coordinates coaching, mentoring, and executive development initiatives.
