Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, preferably in a consulting environment, and will be responsible for designing tools and strategies that empower the organization’s leadership effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in talent management or leadership development.
• Proven expertise in implementing assessment and performance management programs.
• Strong background in designing career development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmental assessment programs for leadership effectiveness.
• Manage operations for 360-degree feedback tools.
• Design and establish best practices for Individual Development Plans.
