Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager in Orlando, FL. You will lead the design and delivery of leadership curricula, manage the Center of Excellence program, and partner with leaders to align learning with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development or related field, plus 4–5 years of leadership development experience.
Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate leadership programs across multiple sites.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain leadership curricula for all leader levels, across enterprise.
Own the Center of Excellence training program and cohort strategy.
Facilitate leadership programs in person and virtually for diverse audiences.
Develop Train-the-Trainer programs to build internal capacity.
Define success metrics and report learning outcomes using LMS data.
