Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a Supportive Housing program, coordinating resident services and staff to promote stability, wellness, and independence at House of Grace in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include resident intake, assessments, 302 petitions, supervision, training, and ensuring compliance with contracts and budgets.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with some remote days.

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree; or BSW/BA with 2 years' relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience with strong team management.
• Experience supporting individuals recovering from homelessness/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment, intake, and orientation of new residents; manage discharge processes.
• Assess residents' needs, goals, barriers, and progress across recovery, health, education, and community integration.
• Manage resident emergencies and urgent situations, including 302 petitions.
• Oversee the management of the medication room, as applicable.
• Provide supervision, staff training plans, and ensure DEI and wellness culture.
• Coordinate with Directors/Compliance to meet contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Recruit/onboard staff; manage on-call schedule and site schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day site finances including budget, petty cash, and purchases.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on leasehold issues and housing re-certifications.
