Job summary

Project HOME is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Sacred Heart Recovery Residence in Philadelphia. You will lead a residential program serving homeless individuals, including those with mental health or substance use challenges, supervising a 24-hour staff and managing intake, service coordination, and safety.

The role includes managing medications, coordinating with healthcare and community supports, and ensuring compliance with contracts and licensing.

Qualifications

• MSW or related degree with 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4 years supervisory experience.
• Experience with homelessness and behavioral health challenges.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake referrals and paperwork for move-ins and ensure contract compliance.
• Supervise a 24-hour staff and oversee program operations and the kitchen/medication monitoring processes.
• Develop staff training and ensure DEI and recovery/wellness culture across the site.
• Collaborate with Directors/Compliance to meet contracts, KPIs and approve documentation.
• Oversee budget, purchasing, licenses, inspections, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with Aramark/Property staff for site maintenance and safety.
