Project HOME in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Program Manager for Sacred Heart Recovery Residence to lead a 24-hour residential program serving individuals experiencing homelessness and co-occurring mental health or substance use challenges. Qualifications

• MSW or related degree required with relevant clinical experience.
• BA/BSW or related degree acceptable with significant management experience.
• Minimum supervisory experience and ability to manage a 24-hour team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake coordination with referral sources and ensure timely paperwork.
• Coordinate resident services, supervise staff, and manage discharges and housing placements.
• Provide site leadership, supervise staff, and implement training programs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and 24-hour team coverage.
• Manage site finances, budget, petty cash, and program expenditures.
• Coordinate facilities with Aramark/Property staff and ensure safety and inspections.
