Job summary

The University of Toledo is seeking a Program Manager for Student Engagement to support the Office of Student Engagement & Connections. You will oversee daily operations, supervise the student staff team, assist with InvoNet, and coordinate events such as fairs and banquets.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related experience, with strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of student organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage student staff hiring, scheduling, training, and time sheet administration.
• Assist in managing the student engagement platform InvoNet.
• Process student organization event requests in collaboration with the Student Union reservationist.
• Coordinate logistics for major university events including Campus Involvement Fairs, Homecoming, and Family Weekends.
