The University of Toledo seeks a Program Manager Student Engagement to support the Office of Student Engagement & Connections. You will oversee the student staff, hiring, scheduling, training, and time sheets, ensuring smooth daily operations.
You will assist with the InvoNet platform, process student organization event requests with the Student Union reservationist, and help plan major campus events such as campus involvement fairs, Homecoming, and family weekends.

This position within the Office of Student Engagement & Connections (OSEC) helps with the daily operations and running of the office. This role oversees the student staff team including but not limited to: hiring, scheduling, training, and managing their time sheets. This role also assists in the management of the student engagement platform “InvoNet” and processes student organization event requests in conjunction with the Student Union reservationist. This position also helps in the planning and logistics of major university events including: Campus Involvement Fairs, Homecoming, Family weekends, awards banquets, etc.
