Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within the Division, coordinate activities, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for participants.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, intake and assessment oversight, service plan development, and program compliance. The role requires collaboration with partners and effective communication to advance program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• NASDP certification required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage program staff, providing in person direction, guidance, and support.
• Oversee participant intake and assessment processes to understand individual needs.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans and monitor progress toward goals.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and coordinate program logistics and partnerships.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

NASDP Certification (within 1 year of hire)
