Merakey in Delaware is seeking a Program Director to oversee program operations, profitability, and compliance with contract requirements and Merakey policies. You will implement procedures and ensure state, local, and payor requirements are met.

You will lead recruitment and onboarding, mentor staff, conduct performance reviews, and support program development and expansion through proposals. Merakey values collaboration, integrity, and exceptional service as you drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience managing program operations and budgets.
• Ability to ensure compliance with state, local, federal, and contract requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the profit and loss for program(s).
• Manages daily operation of program(s).
• Ensures contractual requirements and Merakey policies, procedures and best practices are met.
• Implements policies/procedures as directed.
• Ensure compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors.
• Participates in the marketing, development and expansion of programs.
