Job summary

Merakey is a nonprofit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services. The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within their division, supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery to participants.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years of experience, and NASDP certification within one year of hire. They will lead staff meetings, develop service plans, monitor progress, and ensure program compliance and

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency for coursework and experience.
• 1–3 years of total experience.
• NASDP Certification required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program staff and provide in-person direction and support.
• Conduct in-person staff meetings to discuss goals and updates.
• Coordinate program activities and supervise service delivery.
• Oversee participant intake, assessments, and individualized service plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with program requirements and report data to stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, space, and transportation.
• Represent the program in meetings and community events.
