Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Programs Level 2 in San Diego, CA to lead the F-22 CNI Portfolio of Programs on-site. The role focuses on delivering contractual requirements on cost and schedule, and developing customer intimacy to support value creation strategies.

US citizenship and a current Secret clearance are required; travel up to 10% may be expected. The position leads IPTs and manages budgets, schedules, and technical performance across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 8 years of experience or Master’s in STEM with 5 years of experience.
• Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts, customers, or R&D programs.
• Experience as Technical Lead, Task Lead, or Project Lead delivering on schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating customer relationships to develop opportunities.
• Leading IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Managing budgets, Earned Value management, and program baselines.
• Delivering presentations to customers and executives.
• Participating in contract negotiations and change control.
• Establishing design concepts and SOW for programs.
• Identifying, tracking, and completing program requirements.
