Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Manager Programs 2 to lead international programs within the II&S Operating Unit. You will manage cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and customer commitments across a global team spanning engineering, logistics, global supply chain, and contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years (or a Master’s with 6+ years) and experience in FFP, cost-plus, and T&M contracts, with travel as needed. Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading international programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cost, schedule, risk and contract performance in complex programs.

Responsibilities
