Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Program Manager 1 for on-site work in Baltimore, MD. You will support the ATP Production Program Office, manage system integration and test activities, and lead cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule and technical goals. A Secret clearance is required or must be obtainable.

You will drive proposals, manage risk, and ensure contract scope adherence while coordinating with suppliers and customers to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant government program management experience.
• Experience with EVMS, cost baselines and schedule development.
• Active US citizenship and a current Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support ATP Production Program Office delivering cost and schedule commitments.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical goals.
• Maintain customer relationships and present program status at engagements.
