Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to lead international portfolios within the II&S Operating Unit. The role focuses on accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and customer commitments across globally dispersed teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of program management experience (or 6+ with a Master’s), experience with FFP, Cost Plus, and T&M contracts, and the ability to travel internationally. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight years of experience or Master’s with six years.
• Minimum of 3 years of program management experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, technical performance and customer commitments.
• Experience with FFP, Cost Plus, and T&M contracts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead international programs with accountability for cost, schedule and performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and financial forecasts.
• Manage program financial performance including sales, margin, and EAC/ETC.
• Ensure alignment with contractual requirements and customer commitments.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and international partners.
• Communicate program status and risks to leadership and customers.
