Job summary

• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP PARs after starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to execute to plan and manage change across program IPTs.
• Coordinate across program teams to control requirements and baselines.
• Communicate with customers to align goals and drive mutual success.
• Deliver technical capabilities through a team of engineers and specialists.
• Define goals, develop the team, and expand roles within a matrix organization.
• Manage baseline schedule and cost allocations; monitor risks and opportunities.
