Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Programs 2 to lead international programs, ensuring performance across cost, schedule, and technical metrics. This role works with Engineering, Logistics, Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Contracts, and Business Management to drive successful execution and growth.

The successful candidate will manage near-term execution while cultivating strong customer relationships, risk mitigation, and long-range program planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with eight (8) years of relevant professional experience or a Master’s degree with six (6) years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, and customer commitments.
• Experience with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Cost Plus, and Time & Materials (T&M) contracts.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned international programs with accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and contractual performance.
• Establish program objectives and provide clear direction to program team members and supporting functional organizations.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, financial forecasts, risk and opportunity plans, and execution strategies.
• Manage program financial performance including sales, margin, cash, forecasts, EAC, and ETC.
• Ensure program execution is aligned with contractual requirements, Statements of Work, customer commitments, and internal business objectives.
• Manage contracts and coordinate with Contracts and other functions in execution of international contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, prime contractors, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to customers and senior leadership.
