As a Program Manager, you will be the subject matter expert in gathering and forecasting demand from customers, running transportation capacity analysis, running simulation and scenarios for leadership, and synchronizing our supply and demand over the 13 week to 52 week horizon in order to meet our customer's needs.
You attend daily business reviews and understand what's happening to key network metrics. You spend time with strategy & ops teams to find ways to meet customer expectations. You write quality documents that seek to plan, inform & align internal stakeholders. You challenge the status quo and drive data based decision making within your team. Additionally, you are always ready to jump in and take charge when problems and challenges emerge.
