What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans and validating supply responses from suppliers
- Develop and utilize advanced analytics to identify shortages and resolve supply-demand gaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate data setup in systems
- Utilize ERP software (Oracle) to manage planning processes and enhance automation efforts
- Create weekly/monthly KPIs and communication for upper management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain-related roles or other quantitative roles with an understanding of supply chain dynamics
- 5+ years of analytical/data management experience
- 3+ years of proficiency using planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or custom build)
- Strong collaboration skills across various teams
- Ability to synthesize data and communicate risks to different organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning
- Background in infrastructure, electronics, or related industry
- Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Industrial Engineering
