Position Summary

This is a remote regional role requiring up to 95% travel. The Regional Frontline Engagement Specialist is on a development path toward bakery operations leadership at Bimbo Bakeries USA. Reporting to the Operations Excellence Senior Manager, this role supports the implementation and sustainability of Operations Excellence within a region, working closely with bakery leadership to execute the OX Playbook.

This role ensures a safe environment, complying with Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, Quality, Workplace Safety, OSHA, environmental standards, and policies mandated by various authorities. It requires technical competency, coaching, and communication skills, with a preference for manufacturing environment knowledge, to support growth in people and business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership across multiple facilities to implement and sustain the OX Playbook
• Understand KPIs and actions to impact them
• Coach associates at all levels following the BBU Leadership Model and E5 Behaviors
• Gather feedback and suggest improvements for the OX Playbook
• Lead a zero-injury workplace, ensuring compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, HACCP
• Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and professionalism aligned with company values
• Enforce Food Safety and Quality procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or Baking Technology preferred

• Participative management style, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
