Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the field.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with Idaho DHW guidelines.
• Clean criminal record and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Build & Manage: Oversee the development, growth, and operations of the residential habilitation program.
• Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare regulations.
• Person-Centered Care: Design and lead services focused on improving clients' quality of life.
