Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiver experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license with car insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility and ensure shifts are covered.
• Directly supervise and support all assigned DSPs, providing training for success.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
• Support clients with grocery shopping, meals, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Ensure prescribed medications are administered and documentation is maintained.
