FREE AIR LIFE is seeking a driven Program Manager to build and oversee our residential habilitation program from the ground up. Lead development, ensure regulatory compliance, and shape services around person-centered care for clients.

The role emphasizes team leadership and daily staff management, with a focus on quality outcomes and a strong service ethic within Idaho’s regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the field.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with Idaho DHW guidelines.
• Clean criminal record and background check required.
