Job summary

Free-Air-Life in Idaho is seeking a Program Manager to build and oversee our residential habilitation program from the ground up. You will lead program design, operations, and growth to improve clients' quality of life.

Responsibilities include building a compliant program with Idaho DHW guidelines, supervising staff, and delivering person-centered care. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in the field, 2+ years of management, clean background check, and a strong work ethic.

• 2+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Familiarity with Idaho DHW guidelines.
• Clean criminal record (background check required).
