Job summary

The Salvation Army Southern CA Division is seeking a Program Manager for Salvation Village - Harbor Park in Wilmington, CA to lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee resident care and supervision. You will monitor program policies, ensure compliance with Title 22, recruit residents, manage intakes and records, and participate in service plan meetings and case conferences.

The role requires a BA in human services (or equivalent), English proficiency (bilingual English/Spanish preferred),

Qualifications

• BA in human services or equivalent experience.
• English reading/writing/speaking fluency required.
• TB screening within the first month of employment.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement and enforce program policies.
• Ensure compliance with Title 22 and other regulations.
• Recruit and determine eligibility of residents and coordinate intakes.
• Maintain resident records and compile data for reports.
• Participate in resident service planning meetings and case conferences.
• Oversee front-line staff scheduling and supervision.
