Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Program Manager to evaluate and direct the care and supervision of residents, and to supervise all program site staff. The role requires coordinating with licensing, maintaining resident records, and reporting outcomes for funding contracts.

HIPAA compliance and strong leadership are essential. Candidates should have a BA in human services or equivalent experience, fluent English, and a proven track record in management and client services.

Qualifications

• BA in human services field with minimum of two years of experience (or) at least four years of experience in a comparable setting.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• TB screening within the first month of employment.
• Previous management experience.
• CPR/ First Aid Certified.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, implement and enforce the applicable policies of the program.
• Recruit and determine eligibility of residents and coordinate intakes.
• Maintain and actively manage a list of eligible clients.
• Provide monthly supervision for each frontline staff member and evaluate performance.
