What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong client business partnerships to ensure program deliverables are met and uncover growth opportunities
- Oversee the execution of program deliverables, ensuring contracted teams meet or exceed performance expectations
- Lead and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), sharing program performance metrics and recommendations
- Provide coaching and strategic guidance to inside sales or account representatives
- Monitor and report on program results, including sales performance and operational efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including sales and account management leadership
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Strong preference for candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Market Access experience is strongly preferred
- Experience interviewing, hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing talent
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
