Program Manager - Remote Engagement Sales

Are you a leader passionate about driving results and building client relationships? Amplity is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple contracted sales programs, lead high-performing remote sales and account teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. Position Summary

The Program Manager plays a critical role in driving the success of multiple programs by managing strategic client relationships and leading remote sales and account teams. This leadership position requires managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring collaboration across clients, aligning with their goals, and achieving program deliverables.

Serving as the primary liaison between Amplity and its clients, the Program Manager acts as a trusted advisor, partnering with leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize team performance, and deliver results. Success requires a deep understanding of client products, program operations, and market intelligence to ensure expectations are exceeded and value is delivered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships to meet deliverables and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, sharing performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.

Program Management

  • Oversee program deliverables, ensuring teams meet or exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Develop strategies based on performance data to drive success and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain understanding of client products, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Address challenges proactively and adapt strategies as needed.

Team Leadership

  • Coach and guide sales and account representatives to achieve objectives.
  • Lead hiring and interviewing activities.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture with ongoing support and development.
  • Manage team performance with engagement and accountability.

Expense Management

  • Review and approve employee expenses within policies.
  • Maintain expenses within budget.

Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Prepare reports for leadership and clients, including performance summaries.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making and growth.

Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company and client policies, privacy guidelines, and laws.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with program team members and support departments.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and account management leadership experience.
  • Remote team management experience preferred.
  • Market Access experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics.
  • Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Pass all required training.
  • Preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones.
